What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your guilds, rosters, and optimization history are preserved. You just can't add beyond the free limits (10 players, 2 characters each) until you resubscribe.
Who needs Premium?
If your guild has more than 10 raiders or your players have more than 2 characters (main + 1 alt), you'll hit the free limit. Premium removes all roster limits.
Can I try before I buy?
Quick Mode lets you optimize splits with no account at all. The Free tier gives you full access to the optimizer with a smaller roster. Upgrade whenever you're ready.
Is Premium per-guild or per-account?
Per-account. Your Premium subscription unlocks limits across all guilds you own (up to 5).
Do my guild members need to pay?
No. Guild members sign in for free with Discord and join via invite link. Your guild's limits are determined by the Guild Admin's plan — if you have Premium, everyone in your guild benefits from unlimited players and characters. Members only need their own Premium if they want to create additional guilds of their own.
