Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Raid Split ("the Service"), operated at raidsplit.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Raid Split is a web-based tool that helps World of Warcraft guilds optimize split raid compositions. The Service provides roster management, character tracking, and automated raid split optimization.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you must sign in with a Discord account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. You must not share your account access or use another person's account without permission.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Raid Split offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium is available at $5/month or $30/year. Payments are processed by Stripe.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
  • You may cancel at any time through the billing management portal. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Free Tier Limitations

Free accounts are limited to 1 guild, 10 players per guild, and 2 characters per player. Premium subscribers receive unlimited players, unlimited characters, and up to 5 guilds.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Impersonate another person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

World of Warcraft and all related names, logos, and imagery are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Raid Split is a fan-made tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.

8. Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (guild rosters, character information, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via the Service interface.
